Located on the second floor of the duty-free shopping hub, the 63-square-metre store offers a well-curated retail concept and professional services.

Licked with the brand’s signature black, white and red palette, the flagship duty-free boutique showcases the brand’s new retail concept inspired by the red makeup artist case used by Make Up For Ever’s founder, Dany Sanz. The concept is emphasised throughout the boutique, especially in the design adaption of a red box within the store, red tiles on the shopfront, and the grand red carpet welcoming those entering the boutique.

The new store also unveiled a first-of-its-kind ‘Brand Immersion Room’, which will be periodically refreshed with new and immersive experiences such as customer digital engagement activities, pop-up photo studio, live-streaming hangouts, and more.

There’s also a ‘Tech-Powered Complexion Exploratory Bar’, an interface where customers choose products based on their skin type or desired make-up result, as well as pro tips and how to apply products, and the recommended tools and application steps.

“We are excited to introduce this new concept, looking to tell the stories of the brand; from the pro collective visual showcasing the 40 international makeup artists co-creating our products to the makeup case design elements found throughout the store, evoking how our founder Dany used to carry her makeup,” said Keith Teoh, Make Up For Ever regional brand GM, Travel Retail APAC & Southeast Asia-Oceania.

“We hope to let our customers fully immerse in the brand universe with the exciting activities lined up in the coming year.”
