Fast Retailing Co. said in October its group net profit rose 23.9 percent to JPY61.68 billion(USD 0.29b) in the business year that ended in August on brisk domestic sales in the first half and robust overseas sales. The operator of the Uniqlo casual clothing chain saw group net profit rise for the third straight year.
