What is Shopee doing for this year’s 9.9 Super Shopping Day?

Shopee, the e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, launched the shopping season starting with its signature 9.9 Super Shopping Day. Users can find the best deals, feel the excitement of entertainment and enjoy the biggest rewards on Shopee.

Shopee pioneered the first 9.9 Super Shopping Day in 2016, and each year, it marks the start of the eagerly-anticipated year-end shopping season across the region. A survey conducted by Shopee revealed that over 90 percent of users across the region proactively seek out information to make better purchase decisions during the campaigns. The mega shopping season also tends to attract new online shoppers, with 43 percent of shoppers making their first-ever online purchase during the year-end campaigns.

From now till 9th September, Shopee has lined up the deals and activities, so shoppers can find the biggest deals all in one place, satisfy all their shopping needs and enjoy non-stop entertainment with special appearances by celebrities and rewards from games on Shopee Prizes.

This year, Shopee has brought on international superstar Jackie Chan to be a part of its year-end shopping season. Users in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brazil can catch him on Shopee Live and play Jackie Chan-themed in-app games on 9.9 Super Shopping Day.
