Zara launches Meta collection on ZEPETO

Global fashion brand Zara partnered with ZEPETO again in March to launch a limited-edition capsule collection “Lime Glam”.

The capsule collection is designed to be worn in the real world and in the ZEPETO metaverse, where users of the application can purchase the collection for their avatars. It features a range of garments, makeup products and accessories such as jumpsuit, jacket, jeans, nail polish and eyeshadow palette. To enhance the whole experience, the collection is completed with three additional digital items including a wall, a floor and a photo booth. 

“The project reflects a new way of thinking, a community that aims to expand the limits and embrace their unique identity and personality,” said Zara in the announcement.

Zara first tapped into the metaverse in 2021 with the launch of a collaborative project “The AZ collection” with South Korean label ADER ERROR on ZEPETO.

The Lime Glam collection is now available on Zara’s websites, and on ZEPETO.
