Branding Records acquires majority stake at Digital To Asia

Creative and digital agency Branding Records has acquired majority stake of Digital To Asia, a Milan-based boutique digital marketing agency which specialises in marketing projects targeting Chinese consumers.

The move combines two companies with a shared vision for bridging the gap between the West and East. With the acquisition of Digital To Asia, known for its deep understanding of the Chinese market, Branding Records will increase its portfolio of European brands building a presence in Asia.

With the acquisition, Branding Records aims to strengthen its position as a key player in connecting European and Asian markets across a variety of industries, including fashion, luxury, automotive, design, travel, and FMCG. Among the agency’s recent clients are Visa, Moschino, Ferragamo, Ralph Lauren, Lululemon, and Venchi.
