Abercrombie & Fitch inks eyewear distribution deal with Marcolin

Abercrombie & Fitch has inked a new distribution deal with Italian firm Marcolin, for the U.S. youth apparel firm’s full range of eyewear.

The partnership covers the design, production, and distribution of Abercrombie, Abercrombie kids and Hollister brand eyewear, including sunglasses and optical frames, and sees the colliding of the eyewear giant’s expertise in creating lifestyle eyewear with the American fashion brand’s iconic style.

The first eyewear collections to be produced by Marcolin will launch for the Abercrombie & Fitch Spring/Summer 2025 season, presented in early 2025. The styles will then become available worldwide by distribution through a network of selected stores.

Founded in 1961 in Veneto, Italy, Marcolin is one of the major global eyewear distributors alongside EssilorLuxottica and Safilo. In addition to Abercrombie & Fitch,  the firm’s portfolio includes Tom Ford, Guess, Adidas Sport, Adidas Originals,
Christian Louboutin, Max Mara, Zegna, GCDS, Max&Co., MCM, Tod’s, Pucci, BMW, K-Way, Kenneth Cole, Timberland, Gant, Harley-Davidson, Marciano and
Skechers.

Through its own direct network and global partners, Marcolin distributes its products in more than 125 countries. At the end of 2023, Marcolin Group boasted about 2,000 employees and net sales of EUR 558.3 million.
