AussieBum, an Australian apparel company, announced on 5 March it has developed underwear made from banana fibre.
Made from the bark of the banana plant, banana fibre is lightweight, smooth and soft. It offers strong moisture absorption and is considered an eco-friendly fibre due to its environmental and economic sustainability.
