Worried over competition eating into its market share in India, Unilever CEO Paul Polman has asked Hindustan Unilever to raise the bar to protect its market share.
The word of caution comes amid reports that Hindustan Unilever is facing the prospect of a massive talent drain and its net profit remained flat in 2009.
