Posiflex Technologies, a Taiwan-based maker of own-brand POS (point of sale/service) equipment and devices, will launch a new product line – a platform integrating hardware, software and firmware for various applications – by the fourth quarter of 2010, as it seeks to avoid the pricing game in the POS market, according to the company.
Posiflex has obtained many orders for POS products, with some shipments scheduled for as far as June 2010, the company indicated.
