Carlos Ghosn, chairman and CEO of Renault-Nissan, in an interview with the Business Daily, talked about his multi-partner strategy ini penetrating the emerging markets.
"The most frequent question I have been asked is ‘why do you have so many partners?’. You are dedicating every partnership to something specific. You want to accomplish an ultra-low cost (car) with Bajaj; a light commercial vehicle with Ashok (Leyland); and commercialisation of the Logan, which was Renault’s first step with Mahindra."
