Redevelopment plans considered to add luxury hotel in Sydney

Amalgamated Holdings Ltd, the owner of the State Theatre and Gowings Building in downtown Sydney, has submitted plans to the local authorities to redevelop the upper levels of the two buildings into a boutique hotel.
