A ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a USD100 million recreation facility and golf course took place in Hanoi’s outlying district of Soc Son on 9 March. The project will feature recreation facilities, hotels and restaurants, villas, parks, water reservoirs and an international-standard golf course.
