Inspired by the vibrant Italian cafes that once filled the streets of Soho in the swinging 1960s, Bar Paul promises a unique experience for patrons seeking a blend of sophistication and style.

Originally conceived as a concept for Paul Smith’s SS25 presentation in Florence, Bar Paul will serve up an array of cocktails and specialty drinks against the backdrop of the observation deck.

Guests will be able to enjoy Bar Paul’s signature cocktails while soaking in the views of the Hong Kong skyline and the picturesque Victoria Harbour at sunset.

At the heart of this innovative collaboration lies the Stripe Illuminated installation, a fusion of Paul Smith’s narrative and aesthetic sensibilities intertwined with the energy of Hong Kong’s iconic neon signs.

Bar Paul will unveil an exclusive selection of gin cocktails, complemented by a curated assortment of wines and beverages.

Bar Paul will open its doors at the Ocean Terminal Deck of Harbour City on weekends from September 28 to October 27, 2024.
