Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has appointed Derrick Samuel as non-retiring director and chairman on the board, effective from 1 April, the company announced to the Bombay Stock Exchange after its board meeting on Monday.
The company accepted the resignation of Justin Skala from this position, effective 31 March.
