Lush opens Singapore flagship store

Lush opens new flagship store in Singapore with skincare consultation and Massage - Retail in Asia

Sustainable cosmetics brand Lush is set to open its flagship Singapore store at VivoCity on September 1.

Located at basement one (B1-04), the VivoCity boutique will offer product-firsts for Singapore and will be the largest Lush shop in the market, covering 107 square metres of retail space.

“The new shop will allow us to showcase the innovation at Lush with new concept product displays and exclusive products available,” Sohana Chowdhury, director of Lush Singapore, told Yahoo.

The Lush flagship shop will feature debut services such as hand and arm massages, as well as private skincare consultations. VivoCity will also be one of only twenty Lush shops in the world to offer customers the black label range of Gorilla Perfumes, which has liquid perfumes, perfume oils and candles.

With four locations already in operation, the remaining Singapore retail stores are situated in Wisma Atria and Orchard Gateway (both on Orchard Road) and Suntec City Mall and Great World City.

Lush was founded 21 years ago in Britain’s Poole. The cosmetic firm manufactures and sells fresh handmade cosmetics, including bath bombs, toothpaste and solid shampoo bars. In 2010 the company created the Sustainable Lush Fund, supporting the local communities, which manufacture the ingredients for its products.

Lush products are available in 935 stores across 51 countries.
