The Kao Group, a Japanese consumer goods producer, on Wednesday said it has completed the construction of its CNY490 million (USD77m) manufacturing base in east China’s Anhui Province amid increasing consumer demand in the country.
The production site is Kao’s second facility in China and will mainly make baby diapers and other paper products.
