When I was a kid, I could remember having to drive with my parents some distances to get good-quality Passover items. It’s a different scenario today. Retailers and merchants now understand the importance of knowing the local market and providing items that cater to the wants and needs of your immediate selling area. Someone penned the phrase: think locally, act globally. Switch it around and you have some words to live by for retailers big and small, independent or corporate.
