DHL Express Hong Kong receives 5 Customer Relationship Excellence Awards

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, has won a total of five categories at the 2011 Customer Relationship Excellence Awards (CRE Awards) for its Hong Kong office, including Contact Center of the Year (Logistics – Under 300 Seats) and Global Support Services of the Year (Logistics) in the corporate category, underlining the local team’s industry-leading performance in customer service.

A further three awards went to individual staff members from the company who received recognition for their outstanding dedication and commitment to client satisfaction, including Customer Service Manager of the Year (Contact Center) for Alan Lee Nga Lun, Customer Service Team Leader of the Year (Contact Center) for Janet Chang Siu Chu, and Customer Service Professional of the Year (Contact Center), awarded to Isabella Wong Yat Woon.

Organised by the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC), the ceremony for the 10th year of the Awards took place in Hong Kong on 14 June 2012, recognising service quality and customer relationship excellence across Asia Pacific.
