Blu-ray Disc player maker Forworld says royalty charge too high

As the BD4C Licensing Group began to charge royalty fees for their patents on the Blu-ray Disc (BD) format on 1 March 2010, Taiwan-based BD player maker Forworld Electronics has indicated that the group’s charge of USD4.5 per BD player is too high because it will account for over 10 percent of the total production cost.
