Marks & Spencer CEO Stuart Rose faces criticism as analysts and the company’s investors raise concerns over the salary he will receive when he moves to a non-executive position in July.
Rose will take a 25 percent pay cut to GBP875,000 (USD1.3 million), which shareholders have pointed out is still well in excess of the salaries of chairmen heading up much larger companies.
