Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), which has set up a new business group to target energy-saving markets such as LED and solar, is seeking opportunities to cooperate with provincial governments in China in the field of energy-saving technologies, according to company vice chairman FC Tseng.
