A review of the top five retailers on the Green Power Partnership list of the United States’ Environment Protection Agency (EPA), representing companies which work with EPA to purchase renewable energy, shows that retailers across a variety of verticals are pursuing substantial environmental sustainability efforts. The most recent list, released on 5 January, contains representatives from the department store, supermarket, discount, food-service, and office-supply verticals.
