Italian furniture maker Natuzzi is bullish on India

Italian furniture maker Natuzzi SpA will roll out its two brands – Natuzzi and Italsofa – in India over the next two months and expects to have 70 points of sale in the country’s major cities over the next three years.

The furniture maker will tie up with city-specific franchisee partners who will invest in setting up the points of sale, said Nitin Bahl, country manager of Natuzzi India.

"We are looking at multiple formats for the points of sale such as flagship stores, mono-brand small outlets and galleries in the form of shops in shops," says Bahl.

Natuzzi expects to have 10 such outlets by the year-end across four to five cities.
