The new alliance allows both companies to take advantage of the forthcoming growth expected in the CBD market, with Asia representing a sizeable part of this market as regulations adapt and more brands enter the region.

London-based LHG is one of the UK’s leading CBD and hemp product suppliers. Operating for over six years, its range of premium oils, edibles, sprays, cosmetics and topicals are trusted by many as CBD products continue to grow in popularity.

LHG’s initial launch into the region will be anchored around both online and offline presences in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia retail channels, before expanding into India and Japan later through strategic partnerships with e-Commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart and Rakuten in 2022.

Lawrence Lun, eCargo Holdings Limited Chief Executive Officer commented on the partnership, saying, “I am glad to welcome Love Hemp Group into our brand portfolio and assist them on the next step of their global growth by leveraging our Asia Pacific network. LHG’s brand reputation and product quality speaks for itself, and we look forward to a long and successful working relationship helping them expand throughout Asian markets.”
