L’Oreal teams up with Sitecore to personalize customer experiences

L’Oreal recently partnered with Sitecore, a provider of customer experience management solutions, to enable its marketers to deliver personalized customer experiences.

"With Sitecore technology, we can deliver compelling, personalized and immersive digital experiences for our customers globally," said Jean-Christophe Sautory, Chief Information Officer, L’Oreal SA.

L’oreal will use the Sitecore Experience Platform to leverage customer insights in real-time to deliver dynamic, compelling content through all marketing channels. It will also build a central enterprise framework for customer experience management across its brand’s websites.

Currently, L’Oreal’s portfolio of cosmetic brands include Vichy, L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline and Garnier. Some of these brands are already starting to implement the technology.
