Groupon loss narrows in 1Q

US voucher firm Groupon has said its quarterly loss has narrowed from a year ago.

The firm made a loss of USD3.59 million for the three months to 31 March, less than the USD113.9m loss it made in the same period last year.

Groupon now has 36.9m active customers, an increase of 140 percent from last year.
