Aventura Group AB (Aventura), the China focused E-commerce & Brand Accelerator, announced the formation of TicToc Ventures (TicToc), in partnership with Belton China Limited (Belton), a premier Italian watch & jewellery producer.
With a rich heritage, drawing on three generations of experience in the watch and jewellery making business, Belton specializes in the design and production of high-quality watches, fashion jewellery, and accessories. Italian owned and managed, Belton maintains design studios and production facilities in Switzerland, Italy and Hong Kong and Mainland China. The group has an extensive roster of well-known international brands as its clients.
The vision of TicToc Ventures is to develop a new model for offering Chinese consumers quality timepieces and accessories designed and branded by their favourite influencers and artists. By offering a complete solution from design, product development and production to brand management, marketing and sales, TicToc Ventures aims to bring to the market a steady stream of collections and new brands that appeal to local consumer tastes with international production and performance standards.

Besides leveraging influencers’ own channels and social media followings, TicToc’s collections will be distributed in mono-branded shops over China’s leading e-commerce platforms, as well as in a multi-branded store, owned and managed by TicToc Ventures.
