Following the success of the critically acclaimed Samsen Wan Chai, which opened in 2016, chef Adam Cliff and Bella Kong’s new establishment is a continuation of their passion for exploring the bold flavours of traditional Thai street eats.
Offering a new experience to diners, and differentiating it from its Wan Chai counterpart that is known as Hong Kong’s home for Thai boat noodles, Samsen Sheung Wan places Khao Soi, the highly sought after curried beef with fresh egg noodles, in the starring role alongside freshly made roti – best enjoyed dipped in a bowl of steaming Thai curry. Loyal Samsen followers, however, can also enjoy crowd favourites alongside these exclusive new dishes as well as a new bar programme.
