Italy’s Boggi Milano to open 30-35 stores in India by 2015

Two years after it ventured into India through a 30:70 joint venture with local retail-management firm DLF Brands, Italian menswear brand Boggi Milano said it will be setting up 30-35 stores in the country by 2015, with an estimated investment of EUR10-12 million (USD12.4-14.9 million).

The company has set its sights on travel retail. "For the current fiscal, we will be setting up 5 stores, of which 2 will be at [Delhi] airport," said brand director Giorgio Brandazza. Boggi currently has 3 stores in India.
