Retail opportunity floating by at the aquarium in Melbourne

Retail space at the Melbourne Aquarium in the CBD is on the market. Colliers International agents Mike Crittenden and Ben Tremellen are marketing Shop 2 at the aquarium, located at the corner of Flinders and King streets in Melbourne. The 72 square metres site has exposure to thousands of visitors annually and cars travelling past.

Colliers has also been appointed by the City of Greater Bendigo to conjunctionally sell a key CBD building that was previously home to the Bendigo Advertiser. Travis Hurst, of Colliers, and Robert Ketterer, of Dungey Carter Ketterer Real Estate Agents, are marketing the property. The property comprises the former Bendigo Advertiser building at 96-98 Pall Mall (Midland Highway) and former Tea Rose Bakery at 202 Hargreaves Street. It includes a substantial older-style office building and warehouse at the rear of an almost 2000 sqm site. The Bendigo Library services will be housed on site until the new library redevelopment is completed in early 2014.
