Philippine Robinsons’ office projects focus on accessibility

Employees consider their work places as their second home. They spend at least eight to 10 hours a day inside the office and another one to two hours travelling to and from there. As such, work location and accessibility are major considerations when applying for a job. Robinsons Offices, Robinsons Land Corporation’s Office Buildings Division, recognizes this fact, and used it as one of its requirements to develop Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha and Beta.

Cyberscape Alpha and Beta, which are located in  Manila, will have 25 stories and 36 stories respectively and will have a combined gross floor area of about 80,000 square metres by mid-2013. Both buildings will have wide column-free spaces which are perfect for BPO and call center offices, and commercial spaces for lease.

Strategically located within the Ortigas CBD, these new developments will be within easy access from EDSA/Ortigas Avenue and less than five minutes away from Ortigas MRT station. FX/taxi lanes and other public transport vehicles in the area assure easy accessibility to employees.
