The EcoLakes Show Village project has been "a catalyst for change" in southern Binh Duong province, says Huynh Van Minh, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
Speaking at a function commemorating the residential complex’s first anniversary, Minh said it had played a part in promoting economic growth in the province.
He complimented project developer Setiabecamex JSC for its achievements last year.
