Coccinelle is continuing to focus on travel retail after debuting its spring/summer 2017 collection in Cannes earlier this month.

So far this year the luxury accessories brand has developed its travel retail business with more than thirty openings in Europe, Russia, Asia Pacific and the US.

Coccinelle has opened a personalised 20sqm corner at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport T3 and at Mactan Cebu International Airport in collaboration with Regent Asia Group.

In the Asia Pacific region, Coccinelle says it is continuing to build up the business in the Korea duty free market with openings in Seoul at Shilla I’Park Duty Free Shop, SM Duty Free shop and Dongwha Duty Free Shop.

Additionally, in early September a 100sqm standalone boutique was opened at Yangon International Airport T2.

Emanuele Mazziotta, head of global travel retail, commented: “The openings in Asia Pacific highlight the importance of this region for Coccinelle and strengthen the presence in the Far East.”

Mazziotta continued: “The first nine months of 2016 have been very busy for Coccinelle, with more than thirty openings globally”, especially in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
