Fang is the first Chinese designer Zara has ever worked with. Through the collaboration, Zara aims to become a platform that promotes and supports Chinese designers globally.

The capsule which includes 22 pieces of womenswear, menswear, kidswear and accessories is available, both online and in selected flagship stores in Bejing, Shanghai and Chengdu. Fang reported that she was inspired by her personal memory of childhood, her family, her hometown Ningbo and family celebrations for the Spring Festival. The designer created special spray-paint and feather-like prints for this collection.

Originally from China, Susan Fang grew up in Canada and the United States. Shortly after graduating from Central Saint Martins, Fang launched her London-based contemporary womenswear brand in 2017. The designer, who worked at Kei Kagami, Céline, and Stella McCartney, collected a prestigious list of stockists including Net-a-porter, Browns, Dover Street Market and Joyce. Fang was also shortlisted for the LVMH Prize in 2020, and named winner of the Lane Crawford Creative Call Out award in 2021. She now shows during Shanghai Fashion Week.
