The number of small bars in Sydney is rising so quickly that one licensee has formed an organisation to defend the interests of the burgeoning industry.
Martin O’Sullivan – who has formed the Small Bar Association – said licensees of smaller venues were fed up with being tarred with the same brush as larger venues when people were discussing alcohol and violence.
