Indian realty developer Ansal Properties and Infrastructure on 18 May said it will invest INR1,300 crore (INR13 billion, USD281.8 million) over the next three years to develop a green township in the northern Indian city of Gurgaon.
The company expects INR1,700 crore (INR17 billion, USD368 million) in sales from the planned 112-acre township "Esencia".
Ansal Properties would offer 1,000 units that would vary in price from INR50 lakh (INR5 million, USD108,275.92) to INR5 crore (INR50 million, USD1,082,915.31).
