Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the Indian arm of the Japanese automaker, has kicked off an exercise to review its quality processes across the supply chain.
"Our focus area is on quality. I think it is a good chance to review our entire quality chain from the development stage of vehicles and production to sales, after-sales service, etc. However, the global recall issue has not affected operations in India," says Toyota’s managing director Hiroshi Nakagawa.
