Toyota Kirloskar Motors is conducting an internal study looking at ramping up capacity at its existing plant in Bidadi near Bangalore, India, and will firm up plans over the next few weeks. With sales during January and February 2010 averaging more than 6,000 units per month, a growth of 107 percent over the same period last year, the automaker is already utilising its current installed capacity of 75,000 vehicles, Deputy Managing Director (Marketing) Sandeep Singh said earlier this week.
