Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services will increase its headcount by up to 1,500 employees in the next fiscal year as it adds branches to support a growing number of rural vehicle buyers looking for financing facilities.
Ramesh G Iyer, Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra says "Our strategy is to get closer to rural customers. The closer you are the better is your ability to manage your collections. The success of this business is only in the collections."
