South Korean carmaker’s subsidiary Hyundai Motor India (HMI) says it will increase its overseas presence this year by adding 10 new markets.
"We started our exports with 20 Santro cars to Nepal in 1999. We have been exporting Santro, i10, i20 and Accent to 110 countries. Now, we have planned to add 10 new markets, starting with Australia," HMI Managing Director H W Park told reporters last week.
