Known for poor aftersales and niche appeal, Ford India is leaving no stone unturned in a bid to make its presence felt in the largest segment in the automobile market – the small car segment – with its new Figo. "Figo is the first step in the mass market here in India and we expect it to be successful. Every 12-18 months, we will be launching a new car in the Indian market" says president and managing director of Ford India, Michael Boneham.
