iStyle will acquire 5.53% of House of Rose’s stock in the first stage but may increase its shareholding later.

As part of the deal, House of Rose will use iStyle’s trading arm as its export representative for exports in Asia, except for Taiwan where both firms will sell through House of Rose’s Taiwanese subsidiary.
