HK’s Japanese restaurants put faith in quality food to lure diners back

Deluxe Japanese restaurants were once among the most favoured fine-dining options in Hong Kong until last month’s earthquake in Japan and the ensuing radioactive contamination began deterring customers.

Now the restaurants are rolling out a range of measures to reassure their customers about the safety of the food on their menus.
