Toys R Us Asia appoints Leo Tsoi CEO

Toys R Us Asia, the leading retailer of toy and baby products in ten markets across Asia, today announced the appointment of Leo Tsoi to the role of chief executive officer and member of the Board, effective 1st April 2023.

The Hong Kong-headquartered Toys R Us Asia operates 470 stores across the region, including in mainland ChinaJapanMalaysiaHong KongSingaporeTaiwanThailand and Brunei, as well as licenses more than 85 stores in the Philippines and Macau.

Tsoi most recently served as chief executive officer of Starbucks China as a member of the coffee company’s global executive leadership team. He has also held senior positions in international companies such as PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble in Greater China.
