Sephora appointed Martin Brok as new Global President and Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Chris de Lapuente. Martin brings significant leadership experience from global consumer businesses such as Coca-Cola, Nike and Starbucks.

Throughout his professional life he has increased performance at brands that have continually reinvented their customer experience, which is critical in the fast-paced world of beauty retailing.
