Ispo Group has appointed Jeanette Loos to the newly-created role of Global Head.

In this new position, Loos will be responsible for driving the strategic development of all aspects of the sports trade fair.
This includes the further development of synergies between the individual stationary and digital platforms of ISPO as well as the optimisation of internal processes.
Loos will report directly to Tobias Gröber, executive director of the Consumer Goods business unit at Messe München.
Meanwhile, the respective directors of Ispo Munich, Ispo Beijing, and Ispo Shanghai as well as OutDoor by Ispo will report to her. Loos will also oversee the Ispo Business Solutions unit, which include the online news outlet Ispo.com, Ispo Academy, ISPO Job Market, and Ispo Awards.
The new global head worked previously at Techem Energy Services and the University of Hohenheim. And she has spent a considerable amount of time abroad, having held roles in Brazil, China, and Japan.
Commenting on her appointment, Tobias Gröber, executive director of the Business Unit Consumer Goods at Messe München, said: “I am really happy that we could attract Jeanette Loos, an experienced strategist who can draw on her experience and management skills to fuel our effort to refine the Ispo Cluster.”
