Sears Holding Corp. has named a former Wal-Mart Stores Inc. executive as its President of Retail Services, the company said on Tuesday.
James Haworth will oversee store formats at the Hoffman Estates, Illinois company, which is controlled by hedge fund manager Edward Lampert. He arrives as the company’s Sears and Kmart chains are showing signs of recovery.
