Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) announced on Monday the company’s board of directors has elected Phoebe A Wood as director, effective on 22 April.
Wood has more than 30 years of international finance and operations management experience, and serves as principal of CompaniesWood, a consulting firm that specialises in early stage investments. She is the former vice chairman and CFO of Brown-Forman Corp. in the US state of Kentucky, where she served as a member of the company’s executive, corporate strategy, and compensation and benefits committees. Wood previously held financial management roles with Motorola (Propel) Corp. and Atlantic Richfield Company.
Wood will serve on the affiliated transaction and audit committees of CCE’s board of directors, and will be up for re-election at the company’s annual meeting of shareowners on 23 April.
