Retail asset management group Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd has released plans for the redevelopment of the Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
The project, which began construction in June 2023 and is set for completion and relaunch in 2024, marks the first major redevelopment since the mall’s establishment in 2004. The project is the largest to kick off commencement in Putrajaya this year.

The redevelopment will include an expanded retail space of approximately 50,000 square feet, offering a sizeable marketplace for new and established brands.

The mall will also feature enlarged entertainment facilities, including additional halls at a state-of-the-art family-friendly cinema, expansion of the bowling area, and an adventure park at the Esplanade.
The project will also bring captivating enhancements to the mall’s landscaping and overall design, with a focus on fostering community engagement and driving increased footfall.
