Singapore consumer confidence rises slightly: survey

Singapore consumers have become slightly more confident, according to the ANZ-Roy Morgan Singapore Consumer Confidence survey.

The monthly survey index was at 125.7 points in April, up 1.2 points from March. The survey began in January 2014.

Some 29 percent of the 1,000 respondents said their families are "better off" financially than a year ago, while 8 percent said they are "worse off".
